Amee Patel Pant has over 14 years of diverse human resources and management experience. Ms. Patel Pant specializes in leading human resources initiatives including policy design, compensation, performance management, recruiting, compliance reporting, employee relations, training, and benefits administration.

Ms. Patel Pant has served on the senior management team at New England Office Supply (now WB Mason) leading Human Resources strategy. In this capacity, she was responsible for all aspects of human resources including developing and implementing on-boarding, training, performance management, employee retention, benefits management and employee relations strategies.

Ms. Patel Pant graduated from the University of Southern California with a B.A. in Economics and a B.A. in International Relations with a summer spent at Cambridge University.  She has earned her M.B.A. from Boston College. Ms. Patel Pant has spent her professional career focused on thinking about how culture, strategy and capabilities need to be designed together so they can sustain each other as an organization scales.

She is a firm believer in giving back to the community and has volunteered at the Boston Area Rape Crisis Center (BARCC). In addition to her current responsibilities she is also volunteering at REACH, a local domestic violence shelter. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her family, attempting to teach her young son how to play chess, and thinking about new ways to make HR a core strategic function versus an administrative processor.
